businesses with fine California wine, personalized with their own designer
labels. A host of nationally recognized corporations and smaller, independent
enterprises are generating increased profits and enjoying the added prestige

Your customized label is created by our professional design staff, on your
behalf, with a low development cost. Choose one or many among the following
California appellations to label with your brand: Merlot,
Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, White
Zinfandel or Sparkling wine. We take care of everything
for you: bottling, product, obtaining the UPC code, design and state and Federal
label approval. And, we require only a small minimum purchase quantity! Just
choose between the following 2 easy options to get started:
BASIC
PROGRAM
With
the Basic Label Program, you supply us with your hi-rez logo or camera-ready
artwork, and we will create your label directly from it. It’s as easy
as 1-2-3!
1. Send us high resolution camera-ready artwork, or a company
logo, along with a deposit in the amount of $200 which will be credited against
your one-time start-up and printing cost of $400. We can be contacted at:

2. We will create a color proof of your label, which will
be sent to you for your approval.* Sign and return a copy of the proof to
accept the label, or notify Power Marketing’s design staff of any changes
required.
3. Once the proof is approved, place your product order and
forward the balance of $200. This covers Federal Approval (required), State
approval (if required) and the cost of printing.

DESIGNER
LABEL PROGRAM
The sky’s the
limit with our Designer Label Program! Come with a concept, or brainstorm
with our designer to develop your own custom label, Here’s how:
1. Let us know what you’d like on your label, or work
with our professional designer to develop and design the look of your label.
Submit a desposit of $500, which will be credited against a one-time start-up
and printing cost, plus the cost of our designer’s hourly rate. A design
fee is calculated based on the complexity of your design needs and will be
estimated at the start of the project.
2. After collaborating with our designer, we will create
a color proof of your label, which will be sent to you for your approval.*
You sign and return a copy of the proof to accept the label, or notify Power
Marketing’s Design staff of any changes required.
3. Once the proof is approved, place your product order and
forward the balance of the label design cost* to: Power

FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I choose a name
for my Custom Brand?
When choosing a name for your control brand wine, we and our associated
wineries will assist you in finding a name that is not currently registered
at TTB (Trade and Tax Bureau). In order to do this, you can go to ttb.gov,
click on Labeling, and in the lower right corner, click on Quick Links Public
Registry. Search there and look there for the wine label name you are planning
to use.
Additionally, you may want to check Trademark information. To do that, go to http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm
Please note that we do not do trade marking, nor have any trademark information. We advise you speak with your attorney to discuss naming options or concerns.
How long will it take for
my order to be completed?
Processing
time for first order is approximately 6 - 8 weeks after the approval of your
color proof (re-orders are are faster.)
Can you tell me about UPC
codes and Federal Label approval?
There will be no further charges for you, other than the cost of
the wine, and a trademark search, if you so choose. UPC codes and Fedreal
Label Approval are provided at no charge.
What about a back label?
A standard back label is included. Small additional charges may be
added for personalized verbage and design of the back label.
What should I look for
on the proof?
Please check that the text is correct, and the design is approved. Colors
on the proofs may very slightly, due to printing and production methods.
